I too created a yelp account just to write this review.  First time customer.  Brought my A4 in for scheduled service and got my oil changed, brake fluid flushed, and car wash for free (no warranty in place).  No one tried to sell my anything more, in fact, they said everything looked great. They greeted me the second I walked in and walked me out ending with a hand shake.  Service was fast and professional.  Great experience.  I will no doubt be returning for future needs.  This is the way it should be.  Great job Audi of Minneapolis!

Simply Audi's rock, but better than that, is Carousel/Audi Minneapolis..The people here are amazing especially the service department. I am on my 7th audi and continue to believe in the product and the back up this dealer provides. The leadership of Mr Peterson, is one all should follow. He knows customer service. I very much appreciate the extra steps they take.

We purchased our first Audi, a certified pre-owned A6, from Lynn Daleiden 11-years ago. After 206,000 reliable miles we decided it was time to look for another Audi, a new S4 this time. Lynn referred us to Charles Busker who guided us through the new car buying experience. Charles was so knowledgeable, answering all our questions and actually making the entire process fun. We were totally impressed with his professionalism and attention to every detail.

I recently purchased an Audi A5 from Audi Minneapolis and had an outstanding experience. It's been about a month since I've owned the vehicle and I could not be happier with the car and the relations I've had with the dealership as well as Mike McCarty (my sales rep). All around they wanted to make sure that I was happy. In a day and age where customer service can be secondary and sometimes an afterthought, Audi Minneapolis goes out of their way to make sure you are a happy customer in a very real and non-artificial way. When you buy an Audi there are expectations with the band in relation to the performance of the car and that they are truly a driver's car. Well that expectation is echoed throughout the buying process. I highly recommend to anyone considering these cars and/or this dealership.

It was an awesome experience, I went to a couple other dealerships before this one and Audi Minneapolis was by far the cleanest and friendliest place to work with. I worked with Tom and he did everything he could to make the experience great. I definitely would recommend this place if you plan on purchasing an Audi!
